LONDON
If one city can lay claim to being the No.1 sporting destination on the planet it's London.
Home to iconic annual events such as the London Marathon, Wimbledon, Royal Ascot and The Boat Race, the capital is also a magnet for global one-off events which in 2025 will include the Women’s Rugby World Cup final and a Grand Sumo Tournament.
But that's just half the story with basketball, rugby, horse racing, netball, football, ice hockey, volleyball and cricket just some of the sports filling the seasonal calendar. Add to that a huge array of one-off and annual events featuring Olympic sports to niche sport but not as you've known it (anyone for Chessboxing?) and locals and tourists alike are truly spoilt for spectator choice.
